By accessing or using shop.happynol.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the service.

HappyNoL Shop is operated by SUWIDHAA, a company registered in India. We are a curated D2C marketplace that sources quality products from verified Indian MSME manufacturers, conducts quality checks, and sells directly to consumers. We are the seller of record for all products listed on the platform.

• All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. A GST invoice is issued on every order.
• MRP (Maximum Retail Price) is shown alongside our discounted price for transparency.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of placing your order is binding.
• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour or packaging may occur due to manufacturing batches.

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment (prepaid) or order placement (COD).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay. Accepted methods: UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, COD.
• For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

• We ship across India via Delhivery.
• Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping partners, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Free shipping on all prepaid orders. COD orders incur a ₹40 convenience fee.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

• Defective or damaged products may be claimed within 7 days of delivery.
• We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law.
• Place fraudulent orders or provide false information.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• Resell products purchased from HappyNoL Shop without prior written consent.

All content on this platform — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to SUWIDHAA You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, HappyNoL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
