Refund & Return Policy

Our promise: Every product on HappyNoL Shop is QC-verified before dispatch. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it or refund you โ no questions asked. Raise a claim within 7 days of delivery.
1. Defect & Damage Claims (7-Day Window)
You may raise a claim if:
- The product is physically damaged or broken on arrival.
- The product is defective or does not function as described.
- You received the wrong product or wrong variant.
- The product is missing from your order (partial delivery).
Claims must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Claims raised after this window cannot be accepted.
2. How to Raise a Claim
- WhatsApp us at +91 82757 13569 with your order number and photos/video of the defect.
- Or email care@happynol.com with the same details.
- Or go to My Account โ Returns and submit a claim online.
We will respond within 24 hours (business days) to confirm next steps.
3. Resolution Options
- Replacement: We will send a replacement unit at no extra cost. Preferred for most cases.
- Refund: Full refund to original payment method (UPI/card) within 5โ7 business days. For COD orders, refund via bank transfer or UPI.
- The resolution offered depends on stock availability and the nature of the defect.
4. Products Not Eligible for Return
- Change-of-mind purchases (we don't accept returns for "I changed my mind").
- Products that have been used, opened, or consumed (unless defective).
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accidents after delivery.
- Claims raised after 7 days of delivery.
5. Return Pickup
For eligible defect claims requiring return of the product, we will arrange a free reverse pickup. You do not need to ship the item at your own cost. Pickup is typically arranged within 2โ3 business days of claim approval.
6. Refund Timeline
- UPI / Net Banking: 3โ5 business days after approval.
- Debit / Credit Card: 5โ7 business days (depends on your bank).
- COD orders: Refund via UPI or bank transfer within 5โ7 business days. We'll collect your bank/UPI details via WhatsApp.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before dispatch begins.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled โ please raise a defect claim upon delivery if needed.
