1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India via Delhivery. Some remote areas (Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep, certain hill stations) may not be serviceable or may have extended delivery times.
You can check delivery availability for your pincode on the product page before adding to cart.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- โน40 COD convenience fee on cash-on-delivery orders.
- Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Save on shipping by paying online!
3. Dispatch Schedule
- Orders placed before 4 PM on weekdays are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
- During sale events or high-demand periods, dispatch may take up to 2 business days.

Timelines are estimates after dispatch. Public holidays and weather disruptions may cause delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A WhatsApp message with your tracking link and AWB number.
- Track your order anytime at My Account โ Orders.
6. Failed Delivery & RTO
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- After 3 failed attempts, the order is returned to us (RTO). We will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange re-delivery.
- Re-delivery charges apply for RTO orders caused by customer unavailability or incorrect address.
- For COD orders that are refused at delivery, a cancellation and return-to-origin fee may be charged on future orders.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to transit handling, please raise a claim within 7 days. See our Refund & Return Policy for the full claims process.
