SUWIDHAA ("HappyNoL", "we", "us", "our") operates shop.happynol.com — a D2C e-commerce platform curating quality products from verified Indian MSME manufacturers.

We collect the following information when you use our platform:

• Identity & Contact: Name, phone number, email address.
• Delivery: Shipping address, pincode, state.
• Financial: Order value, payment method (UPI/card/COD). We do not store card details — all payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Business (optional): Company name, GSTIN for B2B buyers.
• Technical: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referring URLs.

• Process and fulfil your orders, generate GST invoices.
• Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications via WhatsApp and email.
• Provide customer support and handle returns/defect claims.
• Improve our platform, products, and services.
• Send marketing communications — only with your consent, and you may opt out at any time.
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google, and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site (retargeting).
• Comply with Indian legal and regulatory requirements.

We share your data only with trusted partners necessary to fulfil your order:

• Shipping partner (Delhivery) — to deliver your order.
• Payment processor (Razorpay) — to process transactions securely.
• WhatsApp (Meta WhatsApp Business API) — to send OTPs, order updates, and support messages.
• Analytics (Google Analytics) — aggregate, anonymised usage data to understand site usage.
• Advertising platforms (Meta / Facebook & Instagram) — we use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) to measure ad performance and enable retargeting. We share hashed (SHA-256 encrypted, non-reversible) email and phone data, along with behavioural events (product views, add-to-cart, purchases) and your IP address. This data is used solely for ad measurement and to show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can opt out via Meta Ad Preferences.
• Google Merchant Center — product catalogue data (names, prices, availability) is shared with Google to enable Shopping listings and ads. No personal customer data is shared.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Supabase Row-Level Security, and access controls. Payments are processed entirely by Razorpay — we never see or store your card numbers.

• Request deletion of your account and associated data.

• Essential cookies: Session management, cart functionality, and authentication. Required for the site to work.
• Google Analytics (_ga, _gid): Aggregate, anonymised usage data — pages visited, session duration, device type. No personally identifiable information.
• Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc): Set by Facebook/Instagram to measure ad conversions and enable retargeting. _fbp identifies your browser; _fbc stores the Meta ad click ID if you arrived via a Meta ad. These cookies are governed by Meta's Cookie Policy.
